Nothing here is hidden. If something reads as unclear, that is a writing error, not an attempt to obscure meaning.

Who you are agreeing with
Veritiliz is an independent service operated by a single individual based in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is not a registered company, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any bank, police force, government body, regulator, court, or consumer protection authority.
In these terms, “Veritiliz”, “we”, and “us” mean that operator. “You” means the person using the service.
What this service is
Veritiliz analyses text, images, documents, audio, and video that you submit, and returns an assessment of whether the material shows patterns consistent with known fraud. It also provides written guidance about fraud patterns, recovery steps, and emotional aftermath.
The analysis is produced by an artificial intelligence model operated by Google (Gemini). It is a pattern-matching tool, not a person, not an investigator, and not an authority.

This is not a guarantee of accuracy. The analysis can be wrong in both directions. It may describe genuine fraud as safe, and it may describe an innocent conversation as fraudulent. It reflects patterns in the material you submit, nothing more.
This is an awareness tool. Money decisions are yours.
Veritiliz exists for awareness and pattern detection. It shows you where material you submit resembles known fraud patterns, so you can recognise what you may be looking at. That is the whole of what it does.
You alone are responsible for any money you send to anyone. Veritiliz does not approve, authorise, clear, verify, or vouch for any person, company, account, wallet, platform, or transaction. It cannot confirm that anyone is genuine, and a low risk rating is not a green light to pay.
Verify independently before you transfer money — every time, whether or not this site flagged anything. Confirm identity and account details through a channel you found yourself, not one supplied by the other party. Call the organisation on a number from its official website. Check registration and licensing with the relevant regulator. Speak to your bank. Ask someone you trust in person.
A “Safe” result means only that the material you submitted did not match the patterns the system recognises. It is not a finding that the person is real, honest, solvent, or safe to pay. Fraud evolves constantly, and a scam using an approach the system has not seen can read as unremarkable.
By using this service you accept that the decision to send money is yours, made on your own judgement and your own independent checks, and that any resulting loss is yours to bear.
Limits of the AI analysis
AI models produce plausible-sounding output that can be factually wrong. This is a known and unsolved property of the technology, not a defect specific to this service.
You should treat every analysis as one input into your own judgement, alongside your instincts, the people you trust, and the professionals whose job this is. A risk rating is an opinion generated by software. It is not a finding, a verdict, or proof of anything, and it carries no legal or evidential weight.
Do not use an analysis from this site as your sole basis for accusing a person, ending a relationship, making a payment, refusing a payment, or taking any legal or financial step.
Who can use this service
You must be 18 or older to use Veritiliz. If you are under 18 and something is happening to you, please speak to a parent, guardian, teacher, or another adult you trust rather than handling it alone.
You must also be legally permitted to use a service of this kind in the country you are using it from.
Accounts
You can use much of this site without an account. If you create one, sign-in is passwordless: we email a single-use six-digit code that expires after five minutes. There is no password to steal, lose, or reuse.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
One person, one account. Do not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits, referral bonuses, or trial benefits.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit material you have no right to share, or that violates someone else’s privacy in a way you would not be comfortable defending.
- Use the service to harass, stalk, surveil, profile, or build a case against another person.
- Upload malware, or attempt to attack, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, payment requirements, or access controls.
- Scrape, resell, relabel, or redistribute the analysis output or site content as your own product or service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to perpetrate fraud rather than to understand it.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
Your content
What you submit remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your conversations, uploads, or experiences.
We need a limited permission to operate the service: to transmit your material to the AI provider for analysis, to store it where you have explicitly asked us to (saved history, conversations), and to display it back to you. That permission exists only to run the service and for no other purpose.
Analysis text is stored only if you opt in. Anonymised, stripped submissions may be retained to study fraud patterns, as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Trusted contact alerts
You can save a trusted contact and choose to send them a brief alert when an analysis returns a critical result. The message contains no names, no conversation content, and no analysis detail: it asks only that they check in with you.
By saving an address you confirm you have that person’s permission to contact them this way. Alerts are sent only when you choose to send one. Email delivery is not guaranteed, and this feature must not be relied on as an emergency alert system.
Plans, credits, and payment
Prices are shown on the plans page in the currency that applies to your region. Payments are processed by our payment providers, currently Razorpay for both Indian Rupee and US Dollar transactions. We never see or store your card details.
Paid plans grant a number of analysis credits per 30-day cycle. The exact number depends on the plan you buy and is stated at the point of purchase.
Credits reset, they do not accumulate. At the end of each 30-day cycle your allowance returns to its full value. Unused credits are not carried into the next cycle.
Annual plans are billed once but deliver credits monthly. An annual subscription grants the same monthly allowance as its monthly equivalent, refreshed every 30 days for the length of the term, at a discount to paying monthly.
Refill credits expire with the cycle. Refills are additional credits that stack on top of your monthly allowance. They are valid only until the end of your current 30-day cycle and are cleared when it ends. Referral bonuses are granted as refill credits and expire on the same basis.
Payments are non-refundable
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or refill credits, including for unused credits, an unused remainder of a paid period, or a change of mind.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewal only: your access and credits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stop. Cancelling does not trigger a partial or pro-rata refund.
This applies except where a refund is required by law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Availability and changes
This service is run by one person. It is offered as-is, without any guarantee of uptime, response time, or uninterrupted availability. It depends on third-party providers (hosting, AI, email, payments) whose failures are outside our control.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will make a reasonable effort to notify affected users by email.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veritiliz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of the service.
In particular, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from an analysis being wrong — whether it failed to identify fraud, or wrongly suggested that something innocent was fraudulent.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims combined is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account and its data from your account page.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or creates risk for other users. Where circumstances reasonably allow, we will explain why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
