We aim to reply within a day or two. We are a small operation, not a call centre — but nothing goes unanswered.

Deleting your data

Choose Delete my data above, or email us with that as the subject. Tell us which of the following you want removed and we’ll action it within 30 days:

  • Your account and everything attached to it
  • A payment record (note: deleting the record is not a refund)
  • An experience submission — give us the approximate date and fraud type so we can find it

You can also export or delete your own data from your account page at any time, without contacting anyone.
